In 2006, we started m3profile with 11 employees to further develop precision extrusion. Almost 20 years later, 5 of these 11 colleagues are still actively employed, one has left the company and 5 have already gone into well-earned retirement. Around 50 colleagues now work for the company.
This example shows our philosophy. We pursue a long-term personnel policy and can point to a very low fluctuation rate. The average length of service increases from year to year and, of course, we try to take account of the respective life situation through part-time work, parental leave, adapted tasks, etc. and want to continuously develop our measures in the area of incentive systems and health management. We also aim to continuously develop our incentive system and health management measures.
We work with our employees on a long-term basis and continuously demand a work performance that corresponds to the current state of the art. This requirement must of course be combined with an individual further training program, depending on the task at hand. The spectrum ranges from basic courses to technician or master craftsman school to accompanying studies and is individually adapted and coordinated.
