Our employees

In 2006, we started m3profile with 11 employees to further develop precision extrusion. Almost 20 years later, 5 of these 11 colleagues are still actively employed, one has left the company and 5 have already gone into well-earned retirement. Around 50 colleagues now work for the company.

This example shows our philosophy. We pursue a long-term personnel policy and can point to a very low fluctuation rate. The average length of service increases from year to year and, of course, we try to take account of the respective life situation through part-time work, parental leave, adapted tasks, etc. and want to continuously develop our measures in the area of incentive systems and health management. We also aim to continuously develop our incentive system and health management measures.

Further education and training

We work with our employees on a long-term basis and continuously demand a work performance that corresponds to the current state of the art. This requirement must of course be combined with an individual further training program, depending on the task at hand. The spectrum ranges from basic courses to technician or master craftsman school to accompanying studies and is individually adapted and coordinated.

Education

Since 2017, we have been offering the opportunity to train skilled workers in the technical center and production in-house. It is important to us to prepare young people specifically for their future professional tasks. Of course, this includes learning the necessary skills, but also developing individual skills and personalities.
Our experience has shown that the technical professions we offer in training are attractive to both boys and girls and we look forward to receiving your application. We also offer the opportunity to work on a trial basis or to exchange ideas with former or current trainees at any time.
Permanent employment after successful training is the clear goal of our joint efforts, which are also well remunerated, so that even in the first year of training we offer over 1,100 euros and a 365-euro ticket in addition to the general additional benefits.
