    Founding of m3profile GmbH in May 2006 by Michael Heim, Markus Rotter and Michael Meyer by means of a management buy-out from OECHSLER AG with 11 employees at the time

    • Move to the new office and production facilities in Gunzenhausen
    • Certification according to DIN ISO 9001:2000
    • Development of an extrusion concept for 11-pole current-carrying profiles

    Start of series production of the 11-pole conductor profiles developed in 2007

Sustainability, social responsibility and ethical business practices are an integral part of our identity and our actions.

Environment

In our daily business, we see that we are making a tangible contribution to protecting the environment. We not only want to manufacture our customers' products more efficiently, quickly, and innovatively, but also want to achieve the lowest possible carbon footprint in the manufacturing process. Our ambitious goal is to make our production climate-neutral by 2030. We are already well on our way: by using green electricity, we have been able to reduce a significant portion of our CO₂ emissions. We have achieved further positive effects through our energy management. We are actively working on continuous improvement. Our waste is recycled in the best possible way by certified waste disposal companies.

Social

Social factors also play an important role in our entire value chain. We ensure that sustainability standards are adhered to in our supply chain and are further established along this chain.

We try to offer our employees attractive working conditions without neglecting the necessary focus on performance. Value-oriented action is important to us. An important point in this context is also non-discrimination. For us, this means that personnel decisions are made solely on the basis of ability and qualifications. Our company only functions through the interaction of different people from different nations with very different interests. We see this diversity as a success factor and expressly welcome it. For this reason, we as a company have joined the Charta der Vielfalt e.V. initiative(certificate DE / certificate EN).

Governance

We have summarized the basic principles of our business activities, which we see as a benchmark for ourselves and for you as employees, in a Code of Conduct(Version DE / Version EN). In essence, it is about our mutual commitment to comply with the law when dealing with customers, suppliers and, of course, employees.
